I offer run coaching to individuals based on their targets, whether a 5k PB or a step in running in your first marathon distance. I’ll work alongside you to support you in reaching your goal!   My run coaching programme is available to newbie runners to seasoned runners looking for an extra challenging edge.

Packages range from:
· Unlimited email/WhatsApp support  
· One telephone/video motivational chat a month
· Advice on shoe choice and running kit including gadgets and heart rate monitors
· Tailored monthly training plans
· Advice and recommendation on the best races to enter as part of your training block
· Pacing at races
· Cheerleading at races (virtually via social media or face to face)

Your running goals can be achieved with hard work, a can-do attitude, and dedication, and I will be with you every step to gently motivate you to support you in remaining focused on your goals.   It is nice to finish a targeted race with all the hard work behind you and as an experienced grassroots club runner, I can truly resonate with that feeling of exhilaration. About me
My name is Taryne, I’m a qualified personal trainer, Pilates instructor and run coach with 12 years experience working within the industry. I am a mother of 3 children and 1 cat, currently studying a Law degree with the Open University ( In my 2nd year ). I am a lover of dark quality chocolate and an avid movie watcher, I like most genres but especially dramas, action, comedy and thriller, including movies based on true stories but not sad or violent.   I am a busy mum who competes in grass roots club competitions with an understanding on how to manage time. Therefore I think this make me different from my competitive as I can demonstrate how we can achieve a balanced life without the need to take too much time away from our family responsibilities. I will show my clients how doing little and often is effective in gaining a healthy and fit lifestyle in as little as 20-30 mins.

Location

I’m based in Maidstone and can travel throughout the county for face to face sessions. If you are looking for remote online sessions, then all you need is a screen and we are good to go!
